Audio Warping to create a new rhythmical feel - Ableton is especially great with audio and making it fit, but also to add a different rhythmical feel to any audio part. Simply select a clip, and click warp in the sample box at the bottom, and move the warp markers to the desired positions. You can enable a warp marker, or turn it off, by double clicking the bar position in the timeline, e.g 1.2, or zoomed in 1.43, etc. 2. Live Remixing – With a midi controller you can remix your or other peoples music live, by simply duplicating the clip and changing the start point. So for clip 1 having the start point at the start, for the copied clip having it play from the start of the 2nd bar, etc, etc. Kind of like setting cue points in Traktor and using pads to play them live. 3. Multi effects on send and return channels – There are 2 sends (on each channel) and returns on the right l, you can drop a mixture of effects into the return channel (next to the master channel). If you add multiple effect units to this you can enable all of them by turning the channels...
